The About Us page could benefit from a nice photo to personalise your business a bit more. And I would write a bit more about your terms on the rate page.
On the home page you don't really have an attention grabber. How about changing the text around, having the questions "Is your admin getting in your way? "etc. first and "What is a VA" afterwards. And maybe you could include a picture of someone stressed out about admin or some other attention grabber. Otherwise really nice.
