A good "alt" for an image would be a description of what that image is. For your company logo, you may give it an alt such as your company's name or even "logo"... this tag is for visually impaired people (or people who choose to surf the web with graphics turned off for faster loading).

Not sure what problems are being experienced with the H1 header tags.

Just put something like your business name or a 1-2 word description in between the quotes. Then upload the page and run the diagnostic again. It will tell you if you missed any. Be careful not to delete the quotes or the tag won't work and the diagnostic will say it still needs alt tags.

The one I can't figure out what to do with is the H1 thing. All of my headings and stuff are setup in my style sheet so I can't just go adding headings in the middle of my page. Any suggestions?
