I just signed up for BackPack Thursday night on your recommendation. I got the solo version for $7/month and still have the ability to share pages with folks and they can upload files, make changes etc.
I have only been playing around in there, but have enjoyed coming up with ALL the different ways you can use it. It really isn't just for projects, you can keep track of sooooo many things there.
I had always heard of BaseCamp but I think BackPack will suit my needs much, much better (re: simplicity & cost).
