Ok, I just tried the demo and it's really cool. If you do the e-signature, you type in your name and initials and it send both parties a copy with your typed in sig, initials, the time/date and email address. If you want a written sig, they send a pdf that the client prints with a pre-made cover sheet and have the client fax it back to them which generates pdf copies to both parties.
They also store them all for you in your account for easy organizing and access.
I didn't sign up for an account, but it says it's free. It allows you to upload your own documents.
