I agree, this is an outstanding blog...lots and lots of useful information in a manner anyone can understand. I particularly like the blog layout - easy-to-read and pleasant to the eye. I even wandered a bit to the Canadian/British/American Dictionary...for fun. I also signed up for the 25 Email Etiquette tools. I am always interested in what people believe to be etiquette. Most items people agree on but some are debatable. For example, I happen to like when someone replies back with a 'thank you', which is an acknowledgement of my email (if I haven't set up the reply notification in my email client) but this author feels the 'thank you' is too excessive. I like to read the different opinions on etiquette. Thanks.
