Default Online Appointment Booking
Hi Everyone,

I wanted to let you all know of a FREE online appointment booking site that I recently checked out. It's called GenBook. It allows your clients to book appointment with you online. Once they book an appointment then an email is sent to you and you can log into your GenBook account for more details.

They also include the html code so that you can provide a button on your website for a direct link to the GenBook website. Or if you don't have your website up, they provide you with a booking page.

The system allows you to set up your own calendar so that you can mark off times that you are "closed" or you can mark off other times that you are unavailable.

You can also enter specific services that clients can select that they are interested in or that they are booking your time for. This system also allows for multiple staff members to be listed for scheduling.

For businesses with multiple VA's, you could use it for calendaring time for different services among your VA's. For example, one of your VA's that does web design could go in and put on the calendar what day they'll be working on that and for what specific service.

They have a FREE set up which provides you with pretty much everything I've described here. They also have a paid account option where you get a few more features.

Check it out. I think it's a great option for those of who work with clients that have odd hours, who are pretty tech savvy, or who like to be very independent.

If anyone has used this or uses it in the future, let us know what you think!
