They break up audio into 4 min sections which you then transcribe - great when you're starting out because you don't have to plough through a 1 hour tape which may make you lose the will to live!!! Thanks for the great tip! I, too, am fascinated with the general transcription field & plan to add it to my service offerings later this year.
