There isn't a separate password. It's the same, but when I had to change it for cpanel, it somehow let site builder know it was now different but it didn't know what the new one was. I don't really have a clue why or how it got screwed up. I'm new to building websites and am using the site builder to get something up and running until I can adequately learn HTML and coding to build something more to my liking.
