Hi Julia,
You must really have some good background in HTML to have been able to customize the basic blog template to look like what you wanted here - congrats on that first and foremost!
And of course, it's so cool to see the thread on creating a website with a blog program put to such efficient use.

I have mixed feelings about the size of the window you designed for presenting your text. I've done sites like this myself and have loved them but when it comes to a website that will be used to display your business info I might suggest opening it up a bit more. The more a user has to 'work' to get the info they're looking for, the more likely they are to simply give up and look elsewhere.
With that said, I don't necessarily think you have to make the website a traditional size - but maybe a *little* bigger would make it easier to access and read the content.

Otherwise, I quite like the concept! Nice job so far!!
