l love the info that is available on the va forum. I am also creating a "virtual binder" in excel. I have many tabs in the spreadsheet and copy and paste important info, websites and write notes etc. It's a great quick resource. I also have a VA training manual that I am working on with info from my coaches and articles I have found.
