One thing I do to keep myself on schedule with everything I have going on is to have a schedule of all the things I need done. I also put them most important to least important, this helps me focus all the time.
My "List" helps when I get extra busy. I can glance at it to see what I need to do first. I also do this with my clients. I have deducted my hours in the day, so I know how much I can work on each of my clients. My list helps in this too because beside each project I have the amount of time I have alloted to do it. With multiple clients, it helps to be very detailed...
Of course, Tess, I have my one hour a day added for marketing.. But I have to add this in as well. Other wise, the day gets away from us!!
Does anyone else have ideas of how to manage your time?? What works for you!?
