I have this book as well as The 2-Second Commute and they are wonderful especially when you have no clue, like me. The marketing in The Virtual Assistance Guide was great. The 2-second Commute by Christine Durst and Michael Haaren is my bible. I was able to pull fee structure, what services to offer, reality checks and self assessments, as well as estimating costs. I read this book daily. And I am still able to come up with things that I did not think of.
