I use Gmail to manage my emails and it allows you (similar to Outlook) to set up a default signature to use in every email and that is what I do.
I actually include a picture of myself since my clients are virtual they appreciate the picture to put a face to the name. I also include my email, phone number websites (I have a few that I promote). Sometimes I include a current promotion and then my social media links.
WiseStamp is another program that works well with gMail to create nice looking signatures.
