You should continue to network while getting your site up. I am not sure where you live but you can check out your local chamber, meetup.com and other groups in your area to see if one fits for you. Most organization that have a fee membership will allow you to attend as a guest for a time or two to see if they are a good fit for you.

I am not a fan of our BNI because it focuses on getting new members and referrals and not concentrating on the relationships. I have found my Chamber to be wonderful because they are all about getting their members information about other members and have many functions to allow for that.
