I also found that The Virtual Office Survival Handbook by Alice Bredin and The E Myth Revisited by Michael E. Gerber to be helpful as well. You should check out the book review section too.

I also have this book and have found it a very useful reference. The section on business plans isn't quite as detailed as I needed, but I have a book specifically for that. All the other sections were very helpful. Lots of links to websites you can obtain info from, etc. Also it is really interesting to see real world examples from other VAs currently working in the industry.
