I'm new to the VA world, I just ordered this book based on your review! I'm hoping it will help me (also) to get clearer about who my target market is. I'm basically offering strictly admin services, & I'm trying to narrow down who I want to target so I can get a better idea of what services they would need on an ongoing (monthly) basis.
