Some forms or documents that you would need initially are:

1. Client contract.
2. Client intake form. This type of form allows you to capture important client information as you conduct your initial conversations with a potential client.
3. A non-disclosure form if needed.
4. A VA subcontractor form if you will be utilizing the services of other VAs.

Some VAs create their own forms that are unique to their businesses. For example, VAs that provide calling services for clients may have utilize a call tracking form. I encourage you to check out the Resources section as I know there have been VAs posting various documents that they are using in their businesses. I'll find the link and post it.
