I agree. I htink the most important factor for me was ease of use. I wanted to be able to tell people my email address or website and not have to spell anything. SupportMyOffice says it all and its easy to spell.

Thanks for the tip on spam harvesting and such. I had no idea people did that. I have my email addy on every page of my site. I will have my web guy add that encoder right away.
