Thanks for confirming what I have been thinking about in creating my business plan for my part-time VA business. I work full-time and have four administrative staff report to me who are located in various cities around the US. We all have different skills and likes and dislikes. Instead of going it alone, I'm thinking of partnering with them--not quite what you wrote about--but it would be super to have their talents and coverage when I need to be away.
