Thanks Tess for this list it is a great place to start.....I started doing my reasearch 2yrs ago, got to cozy in my day job and now I still have this burning desire to be a WAHM. Just a bit fearful of breaking off on my own...now it will be a must since my boss is retiring soon.....just the kick in the pants I needed
