So I found this thread because I was search free website templates for someone. Then I came across this one. So much great information. I had to start a folder called free online sites just to save them all. I can't wait to check some of them out this weekend.

W3schools I just found out about this site thanks to VAF and it is a great resource when you want to learn about web design.
Avast This is my all time favorite, I have used them for over 5 years and it is by far the best antivirus in my opinion.
So since it has been a while since the last posting, I bet there are even more free resources out there. Lists start this again!
