These are all great points, but number one in particular - you really do have to be visible in order to be successful. Fortunately there are countless ways to make your practice visible these days.

1) Are you on their radar? They have to know you exist as an option. Can they find you? Do you show up when they Google your product or service? Can they find you in the yellow pages? If you are a brick and mortar location, are you easily visible and on the beaten path? If people don’t know you exist, you won’t get their business.
