I agree wholeheartedly with the previous posts: I just (a few days ago) signed up for the Social Media program on VA Classroom too. I'm currently working through the modules now but the very first lesson impressed me greatly. WOW. They contain SO much information. I, too, had a lot of gaps in my knowledge. It was well worth the investment and I have no regrets.
