Thanks for sharing this. I will need to switch to Comcast when I move and I will certainly be using their backup services. I currently use Mozy and an external hard drive but will probably use this instead of Mozy since I will have an account with them.
From what I understand they also offer Norton Security Suite as part of the package.

Lee, they just changed from McAfee Security Suite to Norton, I have to switch soon or else lose it. I For my main backups I use Carbonite and then Click Free external drive for both computers. I am looking for a 3rd backup too.
Comcast has been pretty good for a while now, so I am happy with them.
