I think in situations such as these most clients would be understanding since we cannot control acts of God. I feel that is you have adequate "normal" procedures in place there is not much else you can do should you be affected.

I have a client in California who was affected by the latest rounds of rain and mud slides and everyone pitched in to help since she did not have phone or internet. Most of her clients were more than understanding and concerned for her well being before anything else.
