I just read this thread and while it contains great information about time tracking (many thanks!), I would like to thank you for the chuckle about charging extra to monitor work on a minute-by-minute basis! Of course, it makes sense but it still gave me quite a laugh (probably because I used to work for someone who would have made this request. Given his personality, I definitely would have charged him extra!).
