Rhonda, I have been there, done than, got the t-shirt and I wear it every day . MS does not do a very good job explaining things (with the exception of MS Office Online Training). To get your site back on MS Office Live:

1. Sign on
2. Go to Design Site
3. Go to Site Actions and in the drop down box select Deactivate Third Party Design Tools

I don't think you can upload webpages from publisher. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out a way to do it and finally a web technician told me you don't get the same functionality using publisher as you do with web site design tools like Dreamweaver and some of the others. Not to mention you have to have a clear knowledge of HTML and CSS.

You might be better off to continue using MS Office Live or going with a paid hosting service and using their templates. This is what I did and when my business starts to generate revenue I plan on having a site built by someone who knows what they are doing, because Lord knows I don't I can do just enough to have a site up and running, but that's about it. Nothing fancy no bells and whistles, just plain ole simple.

Hope this helps
