Default Re: Zoho Invoice and Invoicera
Yesterday I decided to go with Zoho Invoice. One of my main objectives was to have everything in one place - invoices, calendar, documents, notes, meetings, etc. Zoho Business will allow me to have all that. After tinkering with Invoicera some more, Zoho appealed to me the most. I really like the dashboard showing the open invoices, overdue invoices by number of days, and sales, receipts, and due by day, week, month, quarter, and year. It also has many helpful reports. And the pricing structure isn't bad for me just starting out. For right now I will use the free service (unlimited customers and send 5 invoices/estimates per month). I only have one client right now so that will suffice. Eventually I'll move to the $8/mo plan (unlimited customers and 25 invoices/estimates per month). So, now I'm really excited that I'm getting my business tools lined up. I need to play with Zoho's CRM and other apps.

@bl prince... thanks for the link to the review. Zoho is simpler yet still has a lot of functionality. I can't believe I allowed myself to get so stressed between the two.
