Robin, I sincerely appreciated reading your interview this month and felt like I learned SO much about you and your business.
I was especially intrigued by your differentiation of virtual assistance as an 'industry' OR a 'profession' - I'd love to know more about how you see the two being different [and it sounds like you see the term 'industry' as a bit of a negative?] What kinds of things do you think need to happen in order to standardize VAs overall and do you think it's even possible? [ie - no real standardization in the web development industry, IT services industries, etc.]
