Thanks all!

Mary - I do sometimes hyperfocus, or get "in the zone" and hate to stop. The balance comes in with the ability to stop what I'm doing when I need to, in order to be with family or take care of myself.

Lezly - My grandfather and father dabbled in many things. My grandfather left home at 18 (1924). He eventually learned to weld and traveled the country picking up jobs for a while. After he married and my dad came along, he owned a cinderblock company, a gas station, a small coal mine, and a welding company. He also helped to build, and retired from the local E.I. DuPont Comany plant. When my dad graduated high school, he became a welder, worked for my grandfather in the gas station, retired from a union job, and co-owned the welding company with my grandfather. He then ran a small trucking company for about 10 years.

Since I was a girl, I was not privvy to business discussions. That was just for the men and my grandmother, who kept the books.

The satellite office actually is part of the contract with one of my clients.

Actually - I didn't think Tess would print all that. I figured she'd pull what she really felt was relevant. Thanks Tess!
