What a wonderful interview, Robin! I'm curious what type of businesses your father & grandfather had & if they had any experiences that you remember - as in "I would never do that," or "I would definitely do that."
I'm also curious about your satellite office. At what point did you take on that additional expense? (I assume it's an expense, but maybe you own the building?) Why did you decide to go with two offices?
And lastly, I think your advice to aspiring VAs is really good! It is difficult after working for someone else all your life, to change that employee mind set. I'm discovering that without a boss to assign me tasks, I have to light the fire under my own behind!
BTW, the goldfish graphic on your brochure is absolutely divine! Very nice!!
