Yes, I did find a form of a contract that will work. I think I will modify it for my own purpose. There are forms you can use for between you and the client, you being a subcontractor or using a subcontractor, on a per hour/minute calculation, or on a per project calculation.

I am still working my way through some of the links. I want to take my time and absorb everything.
