By saving the PDF to my computer, the fax never hits paper and I've saved a tree I chose TrustFax over the free services because I can send outgoing faxes of any document. If I'm "faxing" a Word file, I just upload it to TrustFax as is and it is included in my outgoing fax ... no need to print & scan on my end .... love it!

Deb - I was reading over the comments about faxing on line and had a quick question. I'm just getting started so I wondered what the advantage is to faxing a word file to TrustFax instead of sending it as an attachment via e-mail. Thanks.
