I love the idea of postcards and letters, however as I'm only starting out I'm not that financial. Therefore, I sent personalised emails to all potential small business in the area. I spent hours finding out the correct person to email and have put together a little database. I have received a about 6 leads out of this which is very pleasing. However, my point is - personalise, personalise, personalise. It just shows the potential Client how dedicated you are.
