I use HostPapa, and have had no issues at all. The customer service is prompt and helpful every time I've dealt with them, and even had a response come on New year's Day!

Their plans start at $4.95 per month - unlimited domains, bandwidth, space and free domain for life. The Fantastico and CPanel are features here too.

I've used Bluehost with a client and think it is a great quality hosting package, and if I ever do need a change, would look at them first. I think they are a bit more expensive, but better quality than some alternatives.
