I just ran across this website today and thought those of you who are working on getting your articles out there might find it useful - it's a typical article directory in that it's orgranized by topic/subtopic etc. but what I really like about this one is that you upload your work as a PDF or Word Doc (or numerous other kinds of docs, including presentations!) and the website accepts and encourages comments on your written work.

It's also a 'social networking' site of sorts - where you can keep track of contacts, etc.
