I never thought about my logo conveying a message of movement, but I'm so glad it does!
I actually played around with the tagline a bit the other day and decided to make it two lines instead of one, to make it a bit more readable. I also implemented some of the other comments/suggestions from this thread. I'm pretty happy with the results (below), but I'd still welcome your thoughts.
