An incredible resource, an interesting read, a huge undertaking and a setting of a very high bar for excellence!

Kudos to all the contributors, the editors and all who had anything to do with this fantastic first edition.

I have started a new binder. It is not only something that I definitely need to print out and save, but as I will certainly refer to it over and over again, I want to make sure it is placed in a 3-ring binder, waiting for its mates to come in future editions.
