You know, I didn't ever use my business plan for any 'official' capacity...just to help inspire me and get me moving on the marketing angle.
It's grown and changed as my business has - and gets updated regularly but technically isn't something I really needed in terms of getting started other than just to give a little focus and direction where otherwise there was none.
It's kind of fun to compare what I started out with to what I've got before me now, in terms of that 'plan'
I have *so many* items scratched out or added to after dealing with different situations (some good, some not so much )
